德國Fresenius Helios
德國醫(yī)療保健巨頭費森尤斯公司（Fresenius）表示將以15億歐元（約18.1億美元）的價格收購德國私營連鎖醫(yī)院HeliosKliniken。此舉使其成為德國最大的醫(yī)院運營公司之一。

　 費森尤斯集團此次從Helios創(chuàng)始家族手中購得94％的股份，而剩余6％的股份則留給了Helios的管理層。Helios總共有24家連鎖醫(yī)院，約9300個床位。通過這一收購，費森尤斯將得以拉近其與德國實力雄厚的老對頭RhoenKlinikumAG之間的距離，后者擁有11800張床位。而費森尤斯的雄心并沒有停留在此，公司首席執(zhí)行官UlfSchneider在接受《金融時報》（德國版）采訪時表示，在Helios之后，公司還將進一步在醫(yī)院業(yè)務領域進行收購。而RhoenKlinikum監(jiān)事會成員EugenMuench則表示，不懼怕來自費森尤斯的挑戰(zhàn)。Muench稱，目前各家公司的市場份額都很小，還有90％的市場等待拓展。
 

　 據(jù)悉，德國2000家由非營利的公共機構(gòu)管理的醫(yī)院中，大部分都不同程度地出現(xiàn)了財務困難，并且正在尋求買方，這就為諸如費森尤斯以及RhoenKlinikum這樣的公司提供了機遇。

　 費森尤斯公司于2001年收購德國醫(yī)院運營商WittgensteinerKliniken后，涉足醫(yī)院業(yè)務。但是，費森尤斯在這一領域并未像公司在其他領域那樣大舉獲得成功。費森尤斯去年總收入為62.3億美元，而來自醫(yī)院部門的收入則約為9.8億美元。

　 為了對這一交易進行融資，費森尤斯將在2006年中期之前發(fā)行7億歐元左右的債券。而瑞士信貸第一波士頓和摩根士丹利則已為該公司提供了7億歐元的過渡性融資。費森尤斯由于剛在今年5月份斥資35億美元收購了美國腎病透析服務公司RenalCareGroupInc，公司資產(chǎn)負債表負擔有所增加。
